At Paravani Energy B.V. ("Paravani B.V."), we are committed to investing in renewable energy to drive a sustainable future. Our aim is to contribute to the transition towards clean energy by developing and supporting innovative power generation projects.
Paravani B.V. was established in the Netherlands in 2011 to trade electricity and gas through pipes. For this purpose, it developed its first project, Paravani Hydroelectric Power Plant ("Paravani HEPP") in Georgia with Georgia-Urban Energy LLC ("GUE"). To develop this project, Paravani B.V. became a partner of GUE through Anadolu Kafkasya Enerji Yatirimlari A.S. ("AKAF"), which founded jointly with the Anadolu Group.

In addition to our investment in AKAF, we are actively exploring new opportunities in the renewable energy sector, aiming to expand our contribution to a greener and more sustainable future.

Anadolu Kafkasya Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş. ("AKAF") was established in December 2009 to develop the Paravani Hydroelectric Power Plant ("Paravani HEPP") project in Georgia and to implement new investments in the field of renewable energy.

The company's Georgian subsidiary Georgia-Urban Energy LLC ("GUE") completed the Paravani HEPP project, located in the Ahıska region of Georgia, 25 km from the Turkish border, in 2014.

Paravani HEPP, which has an installed capacity of 90 MW, produces an average of 375 million kWh of electrical energy annually.

Since October 2014, Paravani HEPP has been fully operational and continues to supply electrical energy produced at Paravani HEPP is transmitted to Georgia and Turkey.
